Dr. Robert Goodman, D.C.

Dr Robert GoodmanDr. Robert Goodman, D.C. is a 1974 graduate of the University of Missouri. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a minor in Geology and a Lifetime Teaching Certificate. Dr. Goodman attended college on an athletic scholarship. In 1973 he was captain of the MU wrestling squad and participated in the NCAA National Championship. One of Dr. Goodman's passions is world travel, so after college he took a position as a Geologic Technician and began a training program to drill and complete oil and gas wells in the Middle East. During this program, Dr. Goodman was involved in a head-on collision that change the direction of his life. The collision caused a herniated disc in his neck and he spent a year avoiding surgery and trying to find other methods of recovery. Dr. Goodman resolved his problem after meeting a NUCCA doctor and getting his body put back into a balanced position. He stayed in the oil and gas business for a few more years until he decided to become a NUCCA doctor. He is a 1989 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Goodman has now been in practice for 25 years and has served 8 terms as president of NUCCA (www.NUCCA.ORG). He is the owner of the Nevada Spine Institute (NSI) located in the greater Las Vegas area. The NSI has seen patients from 48 states and 21 foreign countries. Dr. Goodman's wife Linda is a Naturopath and works with him at NSI.

In 1988, Dr. Goodman was named to the Chi Rho Research Honor Society; Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities; and Outstanding Young Men in America. He was also awarded the Certificate of Merit from the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. He is Board Certified in Nevada. He is a Member of the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Assn.; Palmer College of Chiropractic Alumni Association; and the Nevada Chiropractic Association.

For contributions to the profession, Dr. Goodman has been published in research journals for his work with Seizures Disorders; Attention Deficit Disorder; and Hypertension. He has been the treating physician on 4 research projects. He has served seven terms as the President of the NUCCA and is the current President. He has been on the NUCCA Board of Directors for 13 years. Dr. Goodman has traveled to 38 countries around the world. He has climbed Mt. Olympus; been to the Arctic Circle; fed Panda bears in the wild; walked on fire in Hawaii; and met the last of the cannibal tribes in the Fiji Islands. In 2000, Dr. Goodman traveled with his family to China; went to 8 provinces from Bejing to the Tibetan Plateau. He visited several Traditional Chinese Hospitals and met several Chinese doctors. His wife, Linda studied with a Tibetan Pulse Doctor.

Linda Goodman, Business Manager

Linda Goodman Linda Goodman is a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association. She is certified by the American Academy of Quantum Medicine. She is also certified in Biological Terrain Assessment. Linda has been doing nutritional testing for over 10 years. She has worked with some of the top people in this field. Linda has studied many types of natural medicine. During a trip to China, she visited several traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals and worked with a Tibetan Pulse Doctor.

Linda speaks five languages and has traveled to many countries around the world. In her travels, she has researched remedies and spices used by the local inhabitance of numerous countries. She has smelled, tasted, and tried many types of natural cures. Linda has read extensively. She is a food historian and a gourmet chef. She enjoys educating her clients as she helps them balance their nutritional components for better health. Linda has helped people gain more energy, sleep better, prevent illnesses, reduce colds and flu, increase libido, and lose weight, and more.
